Carolyn J. Bouquot, MEd, RDN, CHC

Hi there! I’m Carolyn, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach who firmly believes in the power of nourishing food to promote optimal health and wellness.

Since becoming an RDN over 25 years ago, I have enjoyed working with food and clients in many different settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted-living centers, and group homes.

In 2016, I decided to start my practice- Western Reserve Nutrition. I love what I do. I specialize in helping clients discover the best ways to fuel their unique bodies to feel better physically and mentally.

My health coaching specialty is helping women, specifically those going through perimenopause and menopause. This stage of life is not easy. Believe me, I know. I googled and read countless books to learn how to deal with unplanned weight gain, fatigue, hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. I asked my doctors for help but got no real answers. It was frustrating! I knew there had to be more women like me out there who needed help.

It would be my honor to be your ally as you learn to fuel your body to feel better.
